艾力·宝云(英语：Alec Baldwin，1958年4月3日-)，美国电视及电影演员，也是史提芬·宝云(Stephen Baldwin)、丹尼尔·宝云(Daniel Baldwin)及威廉·宝云(William Baldwin )的大哥（四人合称宝云兄弟）。
宝云在好莱坞浮沉二十多年，不是演一些二线角色，就是电影不叫好或不叫座，到了2000年代情况才好转。曾参与的电影当中，最为人所熟悉的该是马丁·斯科西斯的《飞行者》及《神鬼无间》，但反而是他在一部独立电影《厄运急转弯》(The Cooler)中的演出让他于2003年获提名奥斯卡最佳男配角奖。
现正在NBC情境喜剧《娱乐揸Fit人》中担任男主角Jack Donaghy，亦多次凭此角入围及赢得金球奖、艾美奖及美国演员工会奖。
2010年3月与史提夫·马丁一起主持第82届奥斯卡金像奖。 艾力·宝云获艾美奖视帝
